Frustrated With Your Eating?
Managing eating can be a challenge in the college environment. Fast food, late night eating,
and skipped meals can result in weight changes and health problems.
Ann Chapman, a registered dietitian, is available to see students for any eating concerns. Have a Few Quick Questions?

more about your risks for distorted eating. An anonymous eating inventory is available at this site.
If you do have concerns about your eating, please call Watkins at 785.864.9500 and ask to see one of our physicians, the dietitian, or you can call CAPS (Counseling and Psychological Services) at 785.864.2277.
