H1N1 Vaccination Clinics

  • Friday, Nov. 20, Watkins Memorial Health Center, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • H1N1 clinics for Nov. 17 and Dec. 4 have been canceled due to shortage of the vaccine.

Only KU Students Are Eligible To Attend This Clinic: Must be 24 years of age or younger. KU students age 25 and older with certain medical conditions, such as asthma and diabetes that put them at higher risk for influenza-related complications, are also eligible to attend this clinic.

Before coming to the clinic, students are advised to download and complete a vaccine consent form.

This schedule is tentative as delivery of the H1N1 vaccine is not certain. Clinics are subject to change and may be rescheduled. KU will provide additional clinics on campus if and when a sufficient amount of vaccine is received. Check back for updates on the H1N1 clinic schedule. To reduce your wait time at the seasonal flu clinic, download these forms and fill them out beforehand.
